Cranberry & White Chocolate Wedges

These are a nice addition to your plate of "goodies".  I like having different colors and shapes and sizes on the plate of cookies - I think it adds interest and intrigue:)
I use a 9" round cake pan, greased and  lined with parchment paper, so once it has cooled for 10 minutes I can gently lift it out to cut.
1/2 c wh. sugar
1/3 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c craisins
1/2 c white chocolate chips
Beat butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in craisins and white chocolate.  Press into 9" round pan - greased and lined w/parchment.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes *Don't overbake these. Light brown is best. Let rest for 10 mins. Lightly lift out of pan and cut into wedges.
Glaze: 1/4 c white chocolate chips, melted. I put them in a small sandwich bag and microwave for about 10-20 SECONDS. Once melted, cut off tip of the bottom of bag and drizzle on your cookies while they are still warm.  ENJOY♥
