Fruit Stuffing Pork Chops

This is a delish recipe! I forgot exactly how great it was! This past week my daughter was coming over for supper and I asked her what she would like - once again this is what she asked for :) The last time I asked her and she requested this, I had already planned something else.  Well, this time there was still time for me to head out to the grocery store.
After we devoured it all, we both commented that we REALLY could have eaten more than one pork chop! Which is crazy, as I don't really love meat very much.
4 pork chops (I used the ones with bone in)
2 c bread crumbs (I used 8 large pieces of bread)
1 c shredded sharp cheese
1 apple finely chopped
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c orange juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Place pork chops in a oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper the pork chops. Combine bread, apple, cheese, raisins, butter, orange juice and cinnamon and add on top of pork. Bake 300 for 1 hour covered - for the last 10 minutes, take the lid off and let the stuffing crisp up a little.  ENJOY ♥
